How to play

1. On the home screen, choose how many pairs you want: 3, 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12. Small boards are a quick break; big boards are for when you want to focus. The app remembers your last choice. 2. Tap Play. The cards are laid face down. Tap a card to turn it, then tap a second one. If they match, they stay face up and show the name of the moment; if not, they turn back after a moment. There are no timers and no penalties, only a small moves counter. 3. When every pair is found, the discovery screen opens. Swipe through the moments you matched: each page shows the illustration, its name, its chapter in the Gospel of Matthew and one short fact. Every card you see here counts as discovered; the home screen shows how many of the 149 cards you have found so far. 4. From the discovery screen you can Share a picture of your result, Play again with the same board size, or go back Home.

The game prefers cards you have not discovered yet, so new boards keep showing new moments until you have collected them all.

To help diagnose a problem, include:

• Your device model and its Android version
• The version of Bible Memory you have installed (shown at the bottom of Settings)
• The language you use in the app
• What you expected to happen and what happened instead
• The steps that reproduce the issue
• A screenshot, if it does not show private information

Please do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive personal information. Your progress stays on your device, so there is nothing the developer can look up for you; a screenshot of the screen concerned is the most useful thing to send.

Common questions

• Do I need an account or internet? No. The app works fully offline and has no accounts. Internet is used only for the ad banner, the consent form and anonymous usage statistics.
• Is my progress saved? Yes, automatically, on your device. The cards you have discovered and your last board size are kept between sessions.
• How do I change the language? Open Settings (the gear icon on the home screen) and choose one of the 34 languages.
• How do I delete my progress? Clear the app's storage in your device settings, or uninstall the app. There is no copy on a server.
• How do I change my ad and analytics choice? Open Settings and tap Privacy choices. The option appears where the law requires consent, and the same choice applies to ads and to usage statistics.
• What does Share send? Only when you tap Share, the app creates a picture of your finished board (the artwork, the number of pairs, one fact and a link to the app) and opens the Android share sheet. You choose where it goes.
• Does the app contain Bible text? No. The artwork is original and the facts are written in our own words, with the Matthew chapter as a reference. No Bible translation is reproduced.
• Why is there a banner at the bottom? The app is free and shows one small banner (Google AdMob). There are no full-screen ads and nothing interrupts your turn.
• Light or dark? The app follows your device's light or dark mode.

The app is available in 34 languages. If a word or sentence in your language can be better, write to the address above with the language, the screen and your suggestion.

Privacy requests

For a privacy question or request, use the subject Bible Memory privacy request and describe what you need. The privacy policy explains what stays on your device and what the ads and usage statistics collect.

Response time

Bible Memory is maintained by an independent developer. Messages are read directly and answered as soon as reasonably possible.
