1. Acceptance

By installing or using Bible Memory: Match & Discover, you agree to these terms and to the applicable terms of Google Play. If you do not agree, do not use the app. The app is intended for people aged 13 and over. Younger children should use it together with a parent or guardian.

2. What the app is

Bible Memory is a card-matching game. Every finished board rewards you with a moment from the life of Jesus as told in the Gospel of Matthew: an original paper-cut style illustration, its name, its chapter and one short fact written in plain words. The pictures are artistic illustrations of Bible moments, and the facts are the developer's own summaries. The app contains no Bible text and is not a Bible translation, a commentary or a substitute for church, teaching or pastoral care.

3. Permission to use the app

Rafael Lima grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these terms.

The app, its design, software, original text, artwork, branding and other materials remain the property of their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may share the picture the app creates with the Share feature for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Copy, resell or redistribute the app or its artwork, or reverse engineer the app, except where applicable law expressly allows it
• Interfere with the security or normal operation of the app
• Use the app or its artwork to harass or harm another person
• Use automated methods to misuse the app or its advertising

5. Your data

The app has no account. Your progress and chosen language are stored on your device, and you can delete them at any time by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app. Because the data is on your device, you are responsible for your device's security and for any backup you choose to make. See the Privacy Policy for details on ads, anonymous usage statistics and the Share feature.

6. Ads

The app is free. It shows one small banner ad at the bottom of the screen, with no full-screen ads. Ads are provided by Google AdMob and are subject to your consent choice where the law requires it. Rafael Lima does not control the content of third-party ads and is not responsible for third-party websites or services you reach through them.

7. Availability and changes

The app may change, be updated, be interrupted or be discontinued, and it may not be offered in every country. Rafael Lima may update these terms; the current version and its date remain available on this page.

8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, data preservation or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rafael Lima is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
