1. Acceptance

By installing or using Fruit of the Spirit Test, you agree to these terms and to the applicable terms of Google Play. If you do not agree, do not use the app. The app is intended for people aged 13 and over and is not directed to children.

2. What the app is, and is not

Fruit of the Spirit Test is a private Christian self-reflection tool based on Galatians 5:22-23. It asks 54 short statements about the last 30 days and shows an index from 0 to 100 for each of the nine fruit, with a short reflection and a small practical step.

The app is a prompt for reflection. It is not a diagnosis, not a measure of your spiritual life or of your standing before God, and not a substitute for pastoral care, counselling, medical care or other professional help. Results depend on how you answer on a given day and are not a judgment of you or of anyone else. Do not use the results to evaluate, rank or pressure another person.

3. Permission to use the app

Rafael Lima grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these terms.

The app, its design, software, original text, artwork, branding and other materials remain the property of their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Scripture references are used for reflection; Bible translations remain the property of their owners.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Copy, resell or redistribute the app, or reverse engineer it, except where applicable law expressly allows it
• Interfere with the security or normal operation of the app
• Use the app, or its results, to harass, shame or harm another person
• Use automated methods to misuse the app or its advertising

5. Your data

The app has no account. Your results are stored on your device, and you can delete any assessment or all data in the app at any time. Because the data is on your device, you are responsible for your device's security and for any backup you choose to make. See the Privacy Policy for details on ads and anonymous usage statistics.

6. Ads

The app is free. After you finish a test it may show one small banner ad on the History and About screens. Ads are provided by Google AdMob and are subject to your consent choice where the law requires it. Rafael Lima does not control the content of third-party ads and is not responsible for third-party products or services advertised.

7. Availability and changes

The app may change, be updated, be interrupted or be discontinued, and it may not be offered in every country. Rafael Lima may update these terms; the current version and its date remain available on this page.

8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, data preservation or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rafael Lima is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the app's reflections, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
