Get help

For questions about the app, technical problems, translations, privacy requests or anything else, email contact@rafaelrglima.com.

To help diagnose a problem, include:

Your device model and its Android version
The version of Jesus Color by Number you have installed
The language you use in the app
What you expected to happen and what happened instead
The steps that reproduce the issue
A screenshot, if it does not show private information

Please do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive personal information. Your progress stays on your device, so there is nothing the developer can look up for you; a screenshot of the screen concerned is the most useful thing to send.

Common questions

Do I need an account or internet? No. The app works fully offline and has no accounts.
Is my progress saved? Yes, automatically, on your device. You continue exactly where you stopped.
How do I change the language? Open the settings (the gear icon on the journey screen) and choose a language.
How do I delete my progress? Clear the app's storage in your device settings, or uninstall the app. There is no copy on a server.
How do I change my ad and analytics choice? Open Settings, then Privacy choices, where it applies in your region.
Why can I not open a story yet? Stories unlock in order: finish a scene to unlock the next one.
