Privacy Policy — EverUsTogether
App: EverUsTogether Developer and data contact: Rafael Lima Product status: In active testing; not publicly available Last updated: 2026-07-30
1. Scope
This policy explains how information is handled when you use an authorized EverUsTogether testing build, contact support, or visit the product's official pages on rafaelrglima.com.
EverUsTogether is designed as an offline-first relationship companion. It helps couples and families keep recurring actions, shared habits, memories, and meaningful moments together. Because this information can be personal, data minimization and user control are core product principles.
2. Information processed
The information processed depends on the testing build and the features you choose to use:
- Relationship content: people, recurring actions, habits, activities, notes, memories, dates, and other information you intentionally add.
- App settings and local state: preferences, reminders, progress, and information needed to make the app work on your device.
- Account or connection information: an email address, authentication identifier, invitation, or relationship connection when a testing build offers account, sync, or sharing features.
- Technical information: device type, operating system, app version, approximate timestamps, and diagnostic or error information needed for testing, reliability, and security.
- Support communications: your email address and any information you choose to include when contacting support.
Do not add information about another person without their knowledge or include sensitive information that is not needed for the experience.
3. Offline-first storage and optional online features
EverUsTogether is designed to remain useful without a continuous internet connection. Core information may be stored locally on your device.
Some testing builds may provide optional online capabilities such as authentication, backup, synchronization, notifications, or sharing between authorized people. When you enable those capabilities, the information needed to provide them may be transmitted to and stored by service providers. Availability and behavior may change during testing.
4. How information is used
Information is used only as reasonably necessary to:
- Provide the relationship, activity, reminder, memory, and history features you choose to use
- Connect or synchronize authorized users where a testing feature supports it
- Save preferences and maintain app state
- Diagnose problems, protect the app, and improve reliability and usability
- Respond to support, privacy, and legal requests
- Meet applicable legal and app-store obligations
5. Sharing
Personal information is not sold. It is not shared for unrelated third-party advertising by Rafael Lima.
EverUsTogether may rely on carefully selected providers for app distribution, hosting, authentication, synchronization, notifications, diagnostics, and email. They process information only to perform their services and are subject to their own security and privacy obligations.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or legal rights.
6. Retention and deletion
Information stored only on your device remains there until you delete it through the app, clear the app's data, or uninstall the app, subject to device backup behavior.
Information processed for optional online features is retained only for as long as needed to provide the feature, maintain security and reliability, meet legal obligations, or complete an authorized request. Support emails may be kept while a request is active and for a reasonable period afterward.
Because EverUsTogether is in testing, testers should not rely on the app as the only copy of an important memory or record.
7. Security and relationship privacy
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect information. No device, transmission, or internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.
People who share a device, device account, backup, notification screen, or connected relationship space may be able to see information made available through those features. Use device security controls and add only information you are comfortable storing in the app.
8. International processing
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where applicable, reasonable safeguards are used for international transfers.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
To make a request, email contact@rafaelrglima.com with the subject EverUsTogether privacy request. Information may be requested to verify that the request relates to you.
10. Children
EverUsTogether is not intended for children to use independently below the minimum age required to consent to data processing in their country. Parents or guardians should supervise any family use involving a child and avoid recording unnecessary sensitive information about minors.
11. Changes
This policy may be updated as testing progresses, features change, or the product moves toward public release. The current version and update date will remain available on this page.
