Get help
Email contact@rafaelrglima.com with the subject EverUsTogether support.
For a technical issue, include:
- Your device model and operating-system version
- The installed app build or version
- What you expected to happen
- What happened instead
- The steps that reproduce the issue
- Whether the issue affects one person or shared activity
- A screenshot, if it does not reveal private relationship information
Please do not send passwords, private memories, sensitive relationship details, payment information, or other information that is not needed to diagnose the issue.
Testing feedback
Invited testers can use the subject EverUsTogether testing feedback. Helpful feedback explains the task you were trying to complete, where the experience became unclear, and what you expected the product to do.
Privacy requests
For a privacy question or request, use the subject EverUsTogether privacy request. Identity verification may be required before completing a request involving personal information.
Response time
EverUsTogether is maintained by an independent developer. Messages are reviewed directly and answered as soon as reasonably possible. Complex technical or privacy requests may require additional time.
