App: EverUsTogether Developer: Rafael Lima Product status: In active testing; not publicly available Last updated: 2026-07-30
1. Acceptance and testing access
By installing, accessing, or using an authorized EverUsTogether testing build, you agree to these terms and to any applicable app-store or testing-platform terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Access may be limited to invited testers. Testing access can be changed or withdrawn at any time as the product, security needs, or testing program changes.
2. Pre-release product
EverUsTogether is a pre-release product. Features may be incomplete, changed, removed, reset, or unavailable without notice. The app may contain errors, and information stored during testing may be lost.
Do not use a testing build as the only copy of an important memory, record, schedule, or other information.
3. Permission to use the app
Rafael Lima grants authorized testers a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use EverUsTogether for personal, non-commercial testing on devices they own or control, subject to these terms.
The app, its design, software, original text, artwork, branding, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
4. Relationship content and other people
You are responsible for the information you add to the app and for having an appropriate basis to add information about another person. Do not record private, confidential, unlawful, or sensitive information without the knowledge and appropriate consent of the people involved.
Relationship prompts, reminders, and history features are general tools for reflection and connection. They are not medical, mental-health, therapeutic, legal, safeguarding, or emergency services. Seek a qualified professional or emergency service when appropriate.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the app to harass, monitor, control, deceive, threaten, or harm another person
- Add unlawful content or content that infringes another person's rights
- Access or attempt to access another person's account, device, relationship space, or information without authorization
- Interfere with the security, availability, testing, or normal operation of the app
- Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute the app except where applicable law expressly allows it
- Use automated methods to overload, scrape, or misuse online features
- Share a private testing build or invitation with someone who was not authorized to receive it
6. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide testing feedback, you permit Rafael Lima to use it to evaluate and improve EverUsTogether without an obligation to compensate you. This does not transfer ownership of your personal relationship content.
7. Privacy
Use of the app is also subject to the EverUsTogether Privacy Policy. Use device security controls and add only information you are comfortable storing in a testing product.
8. Availability and changes
Testing may be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider outages, product changes, or circumstances outside the developer's control. A public release is not guaranteed, and no specific release date is promised.
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the testing build is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, data preservation, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rafael Lima will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the testing build, including loss of data or relationship content. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains limited only to the extent permitted by law.
11. Suspension or termination
Testing access may be limited or terminated when reasonably necessary to protect testers, other people, the service, or legal rights, including in response to a material breach of these terms. You may stop participating at any time by uninstalling the app and requesting deletion of eligible online information.
12. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as testing progresses, features change, or the product moves toward public release. The current version and update date will remain available on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
