1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using Guess the Word, you agree to these terms and to any applicable Google Play terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Permission to use the app

Rafael Lima grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Guess the Word for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these terms.

The app, its design, software, original text, artwork, branding, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

3. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the app for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app, its services, or another person's information
• Interfere with security, availability, or normal operation
• Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute the app except where applicable law expressly allows it
• Use automated methods to overload, scrape, or misuse online features
• Submit content that infringes another person's rights or contains unnecessary sensitive information

4. Gameplay and generated responses

Guess the Word provides a Bible-inspired entertainment and learning experience. Gameplay clues and generated responses may be incomplete or incorrect and should not be treated as authoritative theological, educational, legal, or professional advice.

5. Availability and changes

Features, content, compatibility, and availability may change as the app is improved. Online features may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider outages, or circumstances outside the developer's control.

6. Purchases and app-store services

If the app offers purchases or subscriptions, payment and refund handling is provided through the applicable app store and is also governed by that store's terms. The app store, not Rafael Lima, processes full payment-card details.

7. Privacy

Use of the app is also subject to the Guess the Word Privacy Policy. Do not submit private or sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for a support request.

8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rafael Lima will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of or inability to use the app. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains limited only to the extent permitted by law.

10. Suspension or termination

Access to online features may be limited or terminated when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or legal rights, including in response to a material breach of these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when the app, store requirements, or applicable law changes. The current version and update date will remain available on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
